Shiok Far-Eastern Cuisine

I know Madhu from the many online discussions I've had with him. When he mentioned that he was going to make a career around his love for cooking, I didn't realize he would be starting his own restaurant!

His restaurant serves good Thai, Malaysian, Indonesian, and Singaporean food. The restaurant is on CMH Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore.

Madhu also writes a "Chef's notes" column for the restaurant's website, where he presents recipes and cooking tips.

Nice touch, Madhu!
